Using this website

This website introduces Connection Theory, its writing, films, experiences, app and related services. Content is provided for general information and reflection. You must not misuse the site, interfere with its operation or attempt unauthorised access.

Prices, requests and contracts

Prices marked “planned”, “indicative” or “from” are not an offer capable of acceptance. An enquiry, waitlist or application does not take payment and does not create a booking. Where an order page opens secure checkout, the final item, total price, delivery or start information and applicable cancellation terms are displayed before payment. A contract begins only when that order is accepted or when a written proposal is accepted, depending on the product or service.

Purchases, delivery and cancellation

Physical books are subject to confirmed stock and dispatch timing. Digital products are supplied using the access method shown before payment. Subscriptions and memberships state their renewal period, start date and cancellation route before payment. Dated events and booked sessions include their date-specific transfer, cancellation or refund terms before payment. Statutory consumer rights are not excluded; different cancellation rules can lawfully apply to dated events, services begun at your request and immediately supplied digital content.

Live experiences and private sessions

Participation is invitational and guests remain responsible for their own choices and wellbeing. Private mediumship and spirit-connection sessions are offered as personal, reflective experiences; no specific result is promised. If Liam cannot establish a workable connection within the opening 15 minutes of a private Heaven’s Light Angel session, the client may choose one rescheduled session or a refund. This connection promise does not guarantee accuracy, a particular person or a particular message. These sessions are not medical, legal, financial, mental-health or emergency services.

Intellectual property

The Connection Theory name, marks, writing, films, music arrangement, photographs and design are protected works. Personal viewing and linking are welcome. Reproduction, adaptation, scraping, public exhibition or commercial reuse requires written permission unless law allows it.

Liability and availability

We take reasonable care over the site but cannot promise uninterrupted access or that every item remains available. Nothing in these terms limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so. Links to third-party services are provided for convenience and their own terms apply.

Governing law and contact
