Connection Theory Collective · developing

A shared approach.
Carefully selected people.

A proposed community of practitioners and facilitators who want to contribute to thoughtful readings, responsible care and carefully hosted experiences.

Expressions of interest are open. Practitioner bookings through the Collective are not yet available.

Why a Collective?

Build something
beyond a profile.

Connection Theory’s wider work brings together private readings, philosophy, books, the app and live rooms. A carefully selected team can help carry that work forward without losing the personal care at its centre.

Liam wants to support practitioners who are willing to develop their approach, question their own assumptions and take client care seriously. The intention is a professional community with clear expectations, not an open directory where payment alone earns a place.

The Collective is being developed. Selection criteria, commercial arrangements and participation terms will be agreed before anyone begins offering services under its name.

Two ways to contribute

Different skills.
A considered purpose.

Practitioners

Psychic-medium practitioners interested in structured readings, clear communication and continuing professional reflection. Tell us about the services you currently offer and what you would like to develop.

Practitioner interest

Hosts & facilitators

People who can help hold a thoughtful conversation, welcome guests or support the delivery of experiences. Facilitating a room is a distinct role; it does not imply that you offer psychic readings.

Facilitator interest
The intended standard

Trust is built
in the details.

A clear professional process matters as much as a compelling public presence. These are the principles around which participation is being developed.

Honest communication

Describe the service accurately. Separate impressions and interpretations from established facts. Allow a client to disagree without pressure or a forced explanation.

Consent & privacy

Explain what will happen, ask permission before recording and protect personal information. Client stories are not promotional material without clear, specific consent.

Boundaries & judgement

Keep the customer’s choices their own. Avoid guaranteed outcomes, dependency or claims that substitute for qualified medical, legal or financial advice.

Reliable professional care

Communicate availability, inclusions, fees and cancellation arrangements clearly. Provide a straightforward route for concerns and continue learning from feedback.

Learning and participation

Related journeys.
Separate decisions.

The Academy is being developed for learning. The Collective is intended for selected professional participation. Completing a programme will not automatically mean admission to the Collective.

The Society is different again: it is the guest community for salons and continuing conversation. You can explore Connection Theory as a guest without becoming a practitioner.

Practical questions

Know what
you are considering.

Can I book a Collective practitioner now?

Not yet. Liam’s own service is available through Heaven’s Light Angel. Collective profiles and booking options will only be introduced when practitioners and service arrangements are confirmed.

Do I have to study at the Academy first?

Entry criteria have not been finalised. Tell us about your current experience; participation will be considered separately from Academy attendance.

What promotion or bookings will be provided?

The platform and promotion model are being developed. No volume of bookings, social exposure or earnings is promised. Specific commitments will form part of an agreed participation arrangement.

Will there be a commission?

A percentage-based arrangement has been proposed, but the rate and basis have not been finalised. Platform-generated and independently generated work, fees, payment timing and refund responsibilities will be clarified before participation.

What information should I send?

A short account of your relevant experience and a public profile link are enough to begin. Do not upload private client recordings, personal client stories or sensitive information.

Introduce yourself

What could
you contribute?

Express interest as a practitioner or facilitator. The team will review your introduction as the Collective develops. This is not a membership or booking confirmation.
